We believe in the future of American agriculture, with a faith built on deeds on eight generations of one family's grain returning to one family's ground. We are restoring a closed loop the modern industry abandoned, proving that better days come through better ways. Less dependence on commodity markets, and more power in our own bargaining. A model meant to inspire, not a monument meant to impress and if a neighbor across the county closes a loop of their own, that is the point.

Meat Processing
Affinity Farms is proud to announce its acquisition and upcoming operation of the Loretto Butcher Shop. Beginning October 1, the Affinity Farms leadership team will assume management of the shop. We are now accepting custom processing requests for domestic livestock and wild game.
Grain for Distilleries
At Affinity Farms we pride ourselves on the quality grain we provide for our distiller and brewer partners. Late 2026 we will be opening Kentucky’s second malt house making us the first to offer all the grains you need to make a uniquely Kentucky grown distillate. We offer a range of grain products: whole corn, wheat, rye, malted barley, and milled options for those grains.
