Starting October 1, 2026, Affinity Farms opens for custom meat processing at the Loretto Butcher Shop. We take in domestic animals and wild game in season. Every animal is processed to your cut sheet and returned to you boxed, labeled, and freezer-ready. Now taking appointments through the end of the year.

Starting in 2027, our facility becomes USDA-inspected. That opens two things at once: Affinity Farms beef available at several retail locations and restaurants across our neighboring counties, and boxed beef by mail quarters, halves, and custom cut curated boxes shipped direct from the farm.
